FIFA or the The Fédération Internationale de Football Association is the governing body of association football, futsal and beach soccer.  They are an association governed by Swiss law founded in 1904 and based in Zurich. It has 209 member associations and its goal, enshrined in its Statutes, is the constant improvement of football.  FIFA are known most for being the name on the cover of the EA sports games FIFA, but they are also the organization that originated the FIFA World Cup. They also run the UEFA Champions League and Europa League as well as the international touraments around the world, like the Euro Cup in 2016.
